摘要
利用钻头和地层相互作用三维钻速方程及井眼曲率等预测计算模式,分析地层特性对井眼轨道的影响规律,并通过实钻数据和理论分析曲线加以说明。地层各向异性有使井限沿地层可钻性最大方向变化,即地层使井眼沿岩石易被破碎方向偏移。地层岩石破碎状态指数越大,越有利于井眼沿钻头轴向或井眼轴向方向前进,地层岩性松软或者说地层可钻性越好,这种作用越明显,实际钻进时,软地层和可钻性好的一些泥岩、砂岩地层钻具造斜率降低就有地层的这种影响作用。
By means of the interaction between drilling bit and stratum 3- Ddrilling rate equationand borehole curvantilre prediction calculation medel,the effect of stratigraphic characteris-tics on borehole trajectory is analyzed.This conclusion is proven by practical driIIing dataand curve analysis. Stratigraphic anisotropy directs the borehole in the direction where rockdrillability has the maximum change,i.e. stratum makes borehole deviation in the directionwhere rocks are easy to be broken. The bigger the stratum rock breaking index,the easierthe drilling bit goes towards the axial direction of drilling bit and the borehole. Or the softerthe stratum,the more obvious is this effect.During drilling,drill assembly low deviation isdue to this action in softer or more drillable stratum.
