摘要
本文采用静脉移植泪道重建术代替上泪道的导泪功能,治疗严重下泪小管及泪总管阻塞36例36只眼,取得较好的效果,成功率为94.4％。本手术符合建立和恢复泪小管的导泪功能,远期效果稳定,且手术操作并不复杂。
The reconstructed lachrymal duct operation by vein graft to replace the tears drainage function of the lower lacrimal canaliculi and the common lacrimal duct was reported.The operation procedures were relatively simple.Thirtyfour out of 36 eyes (94.4%) were succeed. The results were steady in the distance follow-up.
