摘要
水土流失、土地沙化、盐碱（渍）化、环境污染加重和耕地数量减少等是我国经济建设中面临的严峻问题，本文根据中国耕地严重失衡的现状，分析了市场经济发展过程中存在的主要问题，进而提出了相应之对策。
There is a series of land problems such as soil and water 1oss , desertification,salinization,environmiental pollution and farmland reduction in China’s economicconstruction.Based on the situation of the severe farmland unbalance,the author analvzesthe main problems in the course of market economy development and proposes some counter-measures.
