摘要
测定8mol%CeO2-ZrO2在连续冷却中变温t→m的Ms,在Ms以上及以下的等温相变动力学曲线和相变产物的点阵常数等.温相变产物(贝氏体)的点阵常数小于变温马氏体的点阵常数.参照金属材料中的贝氏体相变,建议8mol%CeO2—ZrO2的等温相变为扩散过程控制的贝氏体相变.贝氏体可能在母相晶界形核.
The Ms of the athermal transformation t→m on continuous cooling, the kinetics curve of isothermal transformations above and below Ms and the lattice parameters of the transformation product are measured for 8mol% CeO2-ZrO2. The lattice parameter of the isothermal transformation product, bainite, is smaller than that of the athermal martensite. Referring to the bainitic transformation in metallic materials, the isothermal transformation is proposed to be the bainite formation controlled by a diffusional process. The nucleation of bainite may occur at the grain boundary of the parent phase.
