摘要
本文从硅基型芯的强度与方石英含量、方石英含量与叶片浇注不露芯率之间的关系进行了分析，重点讨论了对方石英含量的控制，为提高叶片不露芯率提出可信依据。
n this article,the relationship tetween strength and cristohalite contents,cristobalite contents and the rate of qualified pouring in the silica base ceramics core is analysed with the emphasis on discussing the con-trolling of cristobalite content to provide reliable basis for increasing the rate of qualified of turbine blades
