摘要
针对航空叶片模锻件公差大、后续工序工作量大的现状,对常规模锻模座作局部改进,并借助吻合板在现有机械压力机上实现恒载荷模锻。采用该工艺方法用机械压力机锻造的TC-11钛合金叶片模锻件实测厚度公差为0.22mm,仅为采用常规模锻工艺方法在同样条件下模锻叶片厚度公差带的1/3。
o counter the situation of large toferance of blade die forgings and large amount of work in later se-quences,the die set of conventional die forging is partly improved for accomplishing constant load die forg-ing of mechanical press by means of kissing plates. Blade forgings of titanium alloy ( TC-11) with tolerance 0.22mm have been forged by mechanical press adopting technology methed of constant load die forg-ing.The tolerance is about one third of tolerance in conventional die forgings
