摘要
作者组装了电磁阀进样PIA-FAAS仪,并考察了取样体积,载流速度,反应圈长度等因素对分散度的影响。用FIA-FAAS标准加入内插法测定了卤水中的锂,结合MBT-MLBK体系萃取,有机相进样测定了地质样品中的痕量钯。实验结果表明:电磁阀进样FIA—FAAS仪具有结构简单,操作方便,分散度易控制,精密度高,准确度好,分析速度快等优点,有一定的实用性。
An FIA-FAAS system was devised in which an electromagnetic valve was used as sampler and compressed-argon as thrusting gas. Parameters in- fluencing the dispersion and the sampling frequency of the FIA, as well as the precision of the whole system were investigated. The system has been used for the determination of Li in brine utilizing the method of standard additions and for the determination of Pd in geological samples after an MBT-MIBK extraction. The use of an organic solvent a,s carrier imoroved the sensitivity of Pd. The system was easy to operate and precise results could be obtained rapidly.
