五种落叶松种子表面结构的扫描电镜观察 被引量:5

摘要 应用SEM对兴安、长白、华北、新疆、日本落叶松10个种源种子种体、种翅的9个特定部位的表面结构进行了比较研究,结果表明:①不同种的落叶松,其种子表面结构各具特点。②同种不同种源间,种子表面结构基本一致。③同一种子的不同部位具有不同的表面结构特征,选择同一部位才能进行种间比较。④在选定的9个特定部位,种子表面结构表现出一定的规律性。⑤每种种于至少在2~3个位点具有独特的表面结构。⑥种子表面结构的差异是由于其外表皮细胞特征及干燥时收缩状况不同造成的。 A SEM study on the surface structure of Larix g,nelini,L. principis-rup-prechtii,L. olgensis,L. sibirica and L. kaempferi,which belong to 10 provenances,wasmade,By observing the surface structure at 9 special positions selected from the bodies andwings of seeds,we can put forward the following result:1.The surface structure of seeds isdifferent from each other,2.In the same species, the seeds surface structure is basicallyunanimous among different provenances. 3.At different position of larchs,seeds,the sur-face structure shows different features,therefore,we should select the same position to com-pare its structural characteristics among different species. 4.The surface structure of larch’sseeds always shows regular patterns at the special position. 5.Every species mentionedabove has unique features on surface structure of seed,at 2 or 3 special positions at least.6.All of the differences of surface structure among the larch seeds are caused by the character-istics of external epidermis cell and the systolic pressure as they became dehydrage.
