摘要
讨论了构造平面点集的三角剖分的一个简单的充分必要条件，为使用Ｈｏｐｆｉｅｌｄ网络解决最优三角剖分问题准备必要的理论基础。
In this paper, a sufficient and necessary condition in constructing a triangulation for a plane point set is established, which is the theoretical foundation for applying Hopfield artificial network in working out the optimal triangulation.
