摘要
用外循环流动玻璃无梯度反应器研究了CeO_2/SiO_2催化剂上丁烯-1异构化动力学的内扩散影响。当用30~40目催化剂时丁烯-1异构化在动力学区域。当催化剂厚度增大到4mm时反应在内扩散区域进行。催化剂有效因子在0.058~0.12之间,说明内扩散影响严重。丁烯-1异构成c-2-丁烯的催化剂有效因子比丁烯-1异构成t-2-丁烯的要小。用Runge-Kutta方法计算了丁烯-1在催化剂孔内的分压分布。
The effect of internal diffusion on the kinetics of isomerization of butene-l over CeO_2/SiO_2 catalyst has been investigated in an external circulation gradientless reactor. The isomerization of butene-1 occurred in kinetic region with 30~40 mesh catalyst. When the thickness of catalyst was increased to 4 mm,the reaction occurred in internal diffusion region. The effectiveness factors of catalyst were in the range of 0.058~0. 12 ,indicating that the reaction was strongly affected hinternal diffusion. The effectiveness factors for isomerization of butene-1 to trans-2-butene were larger than those for isomerization of butene-1 to cis-2-butene. The partial pressure profile of butene-1 in catalyst pore was calculated by the Runge-Kutta method.
