摘要
本文采用正交实验法研究了磺化和漂白对红麻秆芯部化机浆白度的影响规律,磺化温度是影响红麻秆芯部SCMP白度的主要因素,2%的H2O2用量可以获得72.4%(ZBD)的纸浆白度,并着重研究了红麻秆芯部木素发色基团在磺化和漂白过程中的变化规律。
In this paper,the effect of sulfonation and bleaching on brightness of kenaf woody core SCMP and lignin chromphores are studied. Results indicate that in all of factors affecting the brightness during sulfonation, temperature is the most important, as the rise of temperature,the pulp brightness reduces rapidly. 72.4% pulp brightness can be made by using 2% amount of H2O2. After sulfonation,the content of conjugated carbonyl is more compare with kenaf woody core lignin, and a amount of quinone is formed. The main action of H2O2 is to reduce some of conjuqated carbonyl and quionone during bleaching, but lignin free group rise.
