摘要
本文研究了在PH4.8的邻苯二甲酸氢钾──氢氧化钠介质中痕量Mn(Ⅱ)对KIO4氧化铬黑T褪色的新指示反应;其反应的活化能为60.18KJ.mol-1,表现速率常数k=7.39×10-3min-1,半衰期T1/2为93.8mm,该反应为一级反应,由此建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量锰的新方法。本方法的检出限量为1.45×10-10gml-1,测定范围为0~0.1ub/25ml。对白糖和包菜中锰的测定,结果个人满意。
A new method has been studied in this paper based on the fact that trace Mn(Ⅱ) in a solution of KHC8H4O4──NaOH(PH4.8)catalyzes the discoloring reaction of Eriochrome black T by KIO4.The apparent activation energy of the reaction is 60.18 KJ. mol-1 , the apparent rate constant is 7.39×10-3min-1 and the half life period(T1/2) is 93. 8 min. and it is a first order reaction. The detection limit is 1. 45×10-10g. ml-1 The range of measurement is 0~0. 1 ugMn(Ⅱ)/25ml,The method has been used ror determining trace Mn(Ⅱ) in sugar and cabbage with satisfactory results.
