摘要
本文以高炉后期的布料模式为重点,概述了1号高炉布料模式的演变过程。指出高炉在前、中、后期中,由于炉墙侵蚀程度不同,与此相对应的合理的布料模式是不同的。高炉到了后期,内容积扩大,中心气流容易减弱,适当改变导料板档位,以便发展中心气流,十分必要。
Presented here is the development of burden distribution mode(BDM) throughout the campaign of BF No. 1 with a focus on its last stage. Different BDM should be applied during the first──,middle── and the last──stage of the wholecampaign due to the varying conditions of wall erosion. With the enlargement of theinterior volume of the BF in the last stage the gas flow at the body center is liable tobe weakened. Therefore,it is quite necessary to change the position of the feed guide,plate properly so as to develop the center gas flow.
