摘要
试验采用美国Ｑ─ＰＡＮＥＬ公司生产的Ｑ─Ｕ─Ｖ加速老化试验仪，利用ＵＶＢ３１３萤光灯所产生的人工光源，对宝钢冷轧厂生产的不同颜色的外用聚酯涂料的彩色钢板产品进行模拟大气曝晒试验。试验表明：人工光源照射时间对涂膜表面的光泽、颜色、粉化度影响较大，特别是开始阶段失光与退色较明显。
Using Q-U-V accelerated ageing testing machine made by QPANEL Company and UVB313 fluorescent light as artificial ultraviolet ray source,simulated atmosphere exposion test is conducted on different Bac Steel-produced colour coated steel sheet with polyester paint.The test shows that exposion time under artificial light source has great influence on the glossiness,colour and degradation of the coating surface.Especially at the begining,glossiness loss and colour fading are seriously effected.
