摘要 本丈描述了聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)有机压电薄膜超声换能器的结构设计、工艺要点、性能测试和有效的应用。 测试结果指出,PVDF超声换能器具有良好的宽带特性以及在直到10MHz频率范围的平坦的频率响应。 实验证明,利用铜背衬结构可以提高薄膜换能器的发射灵敏度和接收灵敏度。 若干应用预示,PVDF压电薄膜超声换能器在超声无损检测、超声成像和超声诊断等诸多应用领域有着广阔的前景。 This paper describes the structure design, technical point, performance measurement and effective application of ultrasonic transducers using PVDF organic piezoelectric film. The results of the measurement indicate that PVDF ultrasonic transducers are characterized by broad-band and smooth frequency response in the range up to 10MHz. The experiment confiems a brass backing can help heighten transmitting sensibility and receptive sensibility of the film transducers. Some of the applications proved that PVDF film ultrasonic transducers will have a extensive future in nondestructive test, ultrasonic imaging, ultrasonic diagnostics and other applications.
