摘要
给出利用熔铸法,即利用铸件浇铸时的热量直接将喷焊合金粉末Fe55熔融于铸件表面,形成厚度为3.0~3.5mm耐磨复合层的试验过程及结果.经金相和能谱分析,合金层与铸铁基体之间为冶金结合,其耐磨性能达到Fe55粉末原设计要求.
In this paper the author pointed out that spray welding powder Fe55 is directly melted on the surface of cast by the means of casting heat and alloy layer thick-ness 3. 0-3. 5mm obtained. As a result of metallographic analysis and energy spectrum it is concluded that the bonding between alloy layer and base metal belongs to metallur-gical bonding. The properties of alloy layer are similar with Fe55 powder.
