摘要
试验用长白×雅南杂交断乳仔猪24头,分3组:第1组12头,喂低锌自然饲粮(即基础饲粮,含锌25.3ppm,含钙0.7%);第2组6头,喂低锌高钙饲粮(基础饲粮+钙1.3%);第3组6头,喂补锌自然饲粮(基础饲粮+锌75ppm)。试验期8周。从试验第3周起首先在低锌高钙组,继后在低锌组内发现典型的不全角化症,生长缓慢,血清碱性磷酸酶活性与血清锌含量降低,与补锌组有显著性差异。发病猪除系统地进行病理学检查外,还对不全角化的皮肤作超薄切片进行电镜观察。
Twety-four wealing pigs ( landrace × yanan ) were divided into three groups, by feeding zinc-deficient diet ( 25.26ppm zinc ) , Zinc-deficient diet with containing high calcium ( 26.75ppm zinc and 2.0% calcium) and complemenal zinc diet ( 25.75ppm + 75ppm zinc ) for period of 8 weeks. Pigs led zinc-deficient diet and zinc-deficient diet with containing calcium involved parakeratosis. Growth rate were reduced. Serum alkaline phosphatase activity and serum zinc concentration were much lower in feeding zinc-deficient and zinc-deficient with containing high calcium pigs than in control pigs. The typical lesions of the skin have been observed with the microscope and the electronmicroscope.
