摘要
在研究了人体正常指蹼形态的基础上，设计了在并指背侧作Ｍ形切口，掌侧作倒Ｖ形切口，并向背侧反折倒Ｖ形皮瓣远端１／３，从而使其呈Ａ字形的Ｍ－Ａ指蹼成形术。１９９１年以来，用此法治疗先天性并指畸形１０例１４个指蹼，随访６～２４个月，成形指蹼外形良好，外展度可达４０°～６０°。本手术方法简单有效，能使成形指蹼有指蹼沟、指蹼斜坡及偏薄的远缘，形态及功能更接近正常指蹼。
Abstract The key of dactylolysis operation is web shaping.A modified web plasty is designed.A 'M' incision is made on the dorsum and a reversed 'V' incision is made on palmar side.When the flaps are intercalated,the M-A shaped web is reconstructed. Fourteen webs in 10 congenital syndactyly Patients have ben operated since 1991. Pollow-up study made between 6 to 24 mouths postoperative period showed that the abduction of the fingers with plastic web is 40 degree to 60 degree and the appearance approximates normal which has slope and trough
