摘要
应用超薄层聚丙烯酰凝胶等电聚焦技术,调查了云南9个少数民族(阿昌、德昂、苗、怒、布依、壮、景颇、藏和独龙族)人群红细胞葡萄糖磷酸变位酶-1(PGM_1)亚型的多态分布。9个民族PGM_1亚型的基因频率范围为:PGM_1^(1+)0.4891~0.6745,PGM_1^(1+)0.0566~0.1779,PGM_1^(2+)0.1538~0.2452,PGM_1^(2-)0.0190~0.1486。除常见的10种亚型外,在6个民族人群中还发现了18例变异型。变异型等位基因在布依族和藏族人群中均以多态频率出现,还对被调查群体间的表型分布进行了比较,结果表明,PGM_1亚型的分布在上述9个民族中存在着明显的民族间差异。
The genetic polymorphism of red cell phosphoglucomutase-l(PGM_1) subtype was studied in nine Chinses minority nationalities (Achang, Deang,Miao, Nu, Buyi,Zhuang,Jingpo,Tibetan and Dulong) in Yunnan using ultrothin-layer polyacrylamide gel isoelectric focusing.The ranges of gene frequencies in the nine nationalities are PGM_1 ̄(1+) 0.4891~0. 6745,PGM_1(1-)0.0566~0. 1779,PGM_1(2+)0.1538~0.2452,and PGM_1 ̄2 0. 0190~0.1486. In addition to ten usual subtypes, 18 cases of variant phenotype were discovered in six of the nine nationalities. The gene frequencies of variant allele in Buyi and Tibetan populations occur in polymorphic proportion. There are marked differences in the distribution of PGM_1 subphenotype among the nine nationalities.
