摘要
按Griffing模型Ⅱ双列杂交法分析了6个水稻品种穗充实度的遗传特性。结果表明:品种间杂交组合这一性状的杂种优势和特殊配合力大于亚种间杂交组合;广亲和品种参与下的亚种间组合又大于非广亲和亚种间杂交组合;广亲和品种一般配合力大于非广亲和品种。广亲和基因在提高亚种间组合穗充实度上具有重要作用。
Genetic characteristics of the filled panicle ratio were studied using 15 F1 hybrids fron 6 varieties following diallel crosses of Griffing's model Ⅱ . The results indicated that the heterosis and special combining ability (SCA) of the filled panicle ratio in F1 hybrids of Indica or Japonica crosses were higher than that of indica/ Japonica crosses,and both heterosis and SCA in Fl of Indica/Japonica crosses including wide compatibility varieties were higher than that of Fl of general indica/japonica crosses. The general combining ability (GCA) of the filled panicle ratio of wide compatibility varieties was higher than non wide compatibility varieties. The wide compatibility gene had important effect on improving the filled panical ratio of Fl hybrids of indica/ Japonica crosses.
