摘要
本文简单讨论各种单纵模半导体激光器的优缺点,扼要分析耦合腔激光器单纵模工作机理和条件,并介绍实现两段激光器的关键工艺。
The advantages and problems of various single longitudinal mode semiconductor lasers are simply discussed.The single longitudiral mode operation prin- ciple and conditions of couled-cavity lasers are briefly analysed,and the key fabri- cation techniques of two-section coupled-ca ity lasers are introduced.
