作者应用雄性激素拮抗剂安体舒通与有抗炎作用的甲硝唑联合应用，治疗寻常性痤疮，治愈率和有效率分别为３３．３％和９４．１％，并用放射免法测定痤疮患者治疗前后血清睾酮及雌二醇水平．
Abstract A hundred and twenty patients of vulgaris acne were treated by antisterone(as an antagonist of androgen)and metronicarole(as an anti-inflammatory agent),compared with 40 patients treated by tetracycline.The treatment group compsed of 38male patients and 82 female patients in age of 14 to 32 years.49.2%of the patients had a less than half a year duration.Antisterone was taken 20mg per time and three times a day,and metronidarole 0.3g a day.The effective rate 95.8%.The control group composed of 16 males and 24 females in age of 16 to 33 year.In these 40 patients,the ones with less than half a year duration make up 45%.Tetracycline was administered 250 mg per time and four times a day.The effective rate is 85% .The difference of effective rate between two groups is sisnificant statistically.that means that antisterone be combined with metronidarole is a effective way to treat vulgaris acne.
