According to the characteristics of the wear failure of the screw blade, this articlemakees a detailed analysis about the blade operations, qear conditions, wear mechanism and themam factors affecting the blade wear. The concrete requirements of the iuaterial wear ability ofblade are deduced under a specific condition. Accordingly, the reasonable selection of blade mate-rial hns been discussed here for menufacturers reference.
