摘要
本交给出了用quickBASIC语言和TurboC语言实现西文操作系统下显示汉字的编程思想和程序模块，具有较强的实用性和通用性，可供使用不同语言编制程序时调用。
The thoughts and modules of displaying Chinese Characters without CCDOS in quick BASIC and Turbo C are introduced in this paper, which have better practicality and generality and can be called by the programs in different langrages.
