摘要
从高压系统ＮＨ＿３／ＣＯ＿２、Ｈ＿２Ｏ／ＣＯ＿２的优化控制、中低压放空量的控制、水解系统的稳定运行，以及减少开停车次数等方面阐述了影响氨耗的因素，所采取的相应措施，并找出还存在的主要问题。
Factors affecting ammonia consumption,such as optimization control of NH_3/CO_2 andH_2O/CO_2 in HP systems,ventilation control of MP and LP systems,stable operation of hydrolysis sys-tem and reduction of start-ups,and shut-downs,are presented,measures against them are shown,andthe main problems existed are also found.
