摘要
用细胞内记录方法,在25只大鼠骶_1(S_1)脊神经节神经元上,共记录到75个对外周感受野刺激发生反应的神经元,其中22个被内脏刺激所激动,躯体与内脏传入的传导速度分别平均为23和21m/s,其生理类型多为LTM神经元。另有14个自发发放的神经元,其中9个对内脏刺激发生反应。结果提示,躯体与内脏信息可在部分脊神经节神经元上会聚。
Experiments were performed on Wistar rats anesthetizd with sodium pentobarbital and paralyzed with tubocurare.Intracellular recording was made from the S1 dorsal root ganglion(DRG)to observe the responses of DRG neurons to natural stimulation of pudendal receptive field and balloon expansion of rectum.A total of 75 S1 DRG neurons in 25 rats was found to be activated by natural stimulation of cutaneous field.Twenty two of them were activated also by natural stimulation of visceral field.The mean conduction velocity of somatic and visceral input was 23 and 21 M/S,respectively.Most of them were low threshold mechanoreceptive(LTM)neurons.In addition,fourteen neurons spontaneously discharged also responded to visceral stimulation.The results indicated that some type A DRG neurons innervate both somatic and visceral area via their dichotomized peripheral processes.
