摘要
用安氏肛痛宁注射治疗２２４例肛裂。结果：治愈率９７．８％，总有效率１００％。与其它疗法比较，肛痛宁注射疗法有疗效好、痛苦小、疗程短、无副作用及并发症的优点。
Infection and injury of anus are the primary factor resulted in the
anal sphinc-ter spasm and,hence. anal fissure, An’s Gangtongning is
a pure TCM injection. It has the effect of eliminating inflammation ,
relieving pain and spasm,reducing ulceration. The result of treatment
was: the curative rate of 224 cases of anal fissure was 97.8%and
to-tal effective rate 100%.Comparing with other methods,it has the
advantages of good ef-fect ,less pain, short recovery period and with
rare side effects and complications.
