摘要
1980年白僵菌低热风烘干房设计成功投入使用,解决了白僵菌产品不能及时干燥,特别是阴雨天气导致变质的技术难关,比自然干燥功效提高4倍,产量提高2倍以上;1988年机械分离提取白僵菌孢子粉生产工艺获得成功,孢子粉提取率为6.9%~6.8%,孢子回收率79.8%~81.3%,产品合孢量1000亿/g以上,孢子发芽率95%以上。目前,白僵菌年生产能力达25t以上。1979~1991年共生产白僵菌238.15t,防治松毛虫7990.8hm2,防治效果66.23%,挽回经济损失219.11万元,是经费总投入11.33万元的19.34倍。
Successful design and put into production in 1980 of drying chamber with low heat wind resolved a problem that muscardine product could not dried in time,especially in rainy days.Efficacy or this method was 4 times of that by natural drying,output was over 2 times.In 1988,extraction of muscardine spore by mechanical separation achieved succeed,extraction rate reached 6. 5%~6.8%,recovery rate of spore was 79.8%~81.30%,spore content in product was over 100 billior/g,spore germination rate reached over 95%.At present,annual capacity of muscardine was over 25t.From 1979 to 1991,muscardine production totaled 238.15t to control7990.8 hectare pine forest,control effect reached 66.23%.
