摘要
本文讨论了硅铬合金氧化和还原脱磷的条件,并进行了工业性试验。结果表明,硅铬合金不具备炉外氧化脱磷的条件,在空气中进行炉外还原脱磷的最高脱磷率不足20%。因此控制入炉原料中的磷含量较炉外脱磷更具经济性和操作性。
Abstract The oxidizing and reducing dephosphorizing. conditions are discussed in the paper,industrial tests have been done. The results show, FeSi does not have conditions of oxidizing dephosphorization in ladel,the highest dephosphorization ratio in air is not more than 20%. Thus controlling P content of furnace charge has advantage of that in ladel in economics and operation.
