摘要
本实验应用ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测骨吸收细胞因子ＴＮＦα在牙周病变牙龈组织提取液中的含量水平。所有病变组织中都有ＴＮＦα存在，而且含量明显高出正常牙龈组织，二者之间有显著性差异（ｔ＝３．２９３，Ｐ＜０．０１）。结果提示ＴＮＦα可能参与牙周病的发病过程。
The level of bone resorptive cytokin, tumor necrosis factor α (TNF
α) was assessedin the tissue reseted sites of periodontal disease. As determined by ELISA of
tissue extracts,TNFα was detected in all diseased sites. The level of TNFα was significantly
higher in thediseased than that of the clinically healthy gingival tissue(t=3.293, P<0.01). The
result ofthis study indicates that TNFα is likely to be an important mediator in the
pathogenesis of per-iodontal disease-
