摘要 本文利用热爆反应合成法制备了Al/TiC复合材料,研究了反应合成过程中,温度特性以及Al含量对其的影响。结果表现:在反应合成过程中首先是Al的熔化,然后是陶瓷相的合成反应,并且随着Al含量的增加,反应最高温度降低,而反应起始温度和反应持续时间基本不变。此外,研究了Al含量对反应生成相的影响。结果表明:当Al含量小于60at%时,生成相中只有TiC颗粒;当Al含量大于60at%时,生成相中出现Al3Ti。最后,通过SEM观察了生成的TiC和Al3Ti的组织形貌。 The Al/TiC composites has been prepared by reaction synthesis .The temperature character and the effect of Al content on it have also been investigated during the process.It has been shown that during the process,the Al was melt before the reaction synthesis of cermic and with the increasing of Al content the maximal reactive temperature decreases,but the start reative temperature and the reactive lasting time do not change.In addition,the effect of Al content on the reaction synthesis phase has been studied.The result shows that when the Al is less than 60at%,only TiC be synthesised;when the Al is more than 60at%,the Al_3Ti will also be synthesised.Finally,the micrograph of Al_3Ti and TiC has been observed by SEM.
