摘要
研究了以非贵金属材料作电极和以渗透性材料作隔膜的简单电解槽电解合成TMTD的流程、设备和各主要因素对电解的影响等。扩大试验结果表明,新方法没有环影污染,产品质量达到部颁一级品标准,电流效率达70~80%,直流电耗1100~1200度/吨,产率95%以上,碱补充率15%左右。
The process and equipments of tynthesizing TMTD with electrolysis have been studied by using the non-precious metal electrode and thesimple electrolyzer with permeable material as its membrace. Theinfluence of main elements an the electrolysis has also been studied.The enlarged experiments indicate that this new method does not causeenvironmental pollution and the quality of the product comes up to thestandard of grade one that the Ministry promulgated. The experimentsalso show that the current efficiency is 70~80%,the direct electricpower consumption is 1100-1200 degree/t, the recovery rate of the productis higher than 95% and the supplemental ratio of sodium hydroxide isabout15%.
