用H_2O_2/Fe^(2+)处理碱法造纸废水的实验研究(Ⅰ)

摘要 研究了H_2O_2/Fe^(2+)体系处理造纸废水的主要影响因素:浓黑液用中段水稀释后、生化处理后和酸性混凝后再用H_2O_2/Fe^(2+)氧化处理效果。以及氧化处理出水pH调整效果。废水中木素沉降最适pH=3~5。与H_2O_2/Fe^(2+)氧化最适pH=3相一致。先酸性混凝回收碱木素之后再用H_2O_2/Fe^(2+)氧化处理效果好。Fe^(2+)催化效总优于Fe^(3+)。其中FeCl_3提供的Fe^(3+)又优于Fe(SO_4)_3。 Following questions on treatment of soda pulp mill wastewater havebeen studied:the main factors which influence the handle result ofH_2O_2/Fe^(2+) System;the result of following process:Primary wastewaterwas diluted with middle-stage water, then treated with micro-organisms,acid coagulated, and finally, Oxidized with H_2O_2/Fe^(2+);and the result ofcontrolling the pH of the output water from oxidation treatment. The lignin in wastewater was precipitated most completely when pHis 3, this is conform to the fact that the most suitable oxidation con-dition is PH 3. Satisfed result can get when recover the basic-ligninby acid-coagulate first, then oxidized with H_2O_2/Fe^(2+). The catalytic ability of Fe^(2+) is better than that of Fe^(3+), meannill,the abiLity of Fe^(3+) come from FeCl_3 is better than that of Fe_2(SO_4)_3.
