摘要
通过已建立了的家兔在体正中神经瞬时应力和应变定量的单纯性牵拉伤动物模型,对定量张力与神经内血循环变化的关系进行了研究。结果表明:神经承受急性牵拉时,最先影响的是神经内静脉回流;随着牵拉的继续,有效循环血量明显减少,血管通透性增加,蛋白质外渗;进一步牵拉,则发生神经内供血中断。文中还讨论了周围神经牵拉伤的主要致伤因素和神经内血循环变化的临床意义。
This work was carried out on the median nerve of rabbit model of simple stretching injury resulting from quantitated transient stress and strain to observe the relationship between the changes of quantitated tension and intraneural blood circulation, It was found that when the median nerve was acutely stretched, the venous flow was firstly affected;when the stretching was continued, the effective circulating volume of the blood was obviously reduced accompanied with an increase of vascular permeability and protein leakage; and when the stretching was further continued, blood supply was interrupted. The possible mechanism of acute stretching injury and the clinical significance of the changes of intraneural blood circulation were discussed.
