摘要
以茶碱为原料经取代、氧化和缩合反应制备多索茶碱；其结构为ＩＲ及ＭＳ所证实。
Doxofylline was synthesized from theophylline by substitution, oxidation and condensation. The structure has been proven by IR and MS.
