摘要
本文以数字编码技术为基础,根据三种编码方式分别构筑了不同的Hopfield数字编码神经网络模型,这种模型可以用来求解各类输出为整数的优化问题。文中以Garver6节点系统和某18节点系统为算例,对电力系统发展规划问题进行计算分析,得到了满意的结果。
The difficulties of power system expansion planning come from the tremendous numbers of possible alternatives,minimizing investment and operating cost. Another difficulty is that the addition of transmission lines can be form only in discrete units. Also the planning has to be feasible in sense of satisfying security. In this paper,three kind of neural network models based upon number representation technology are proposed for solving this problem. Effectivenes has been proved on a sample system and an actual system.
