An Experimental Investigation on the Combustion Cavity with a Twin Reflow Zone

摘要 从煤粉着火、稳燃的理论和试验方面分析了双回流燃烧器对煤粉提前着火和稳定燃烧所起的作用,介绍了双回流燃烧器实验室研究结果和工业应用结果。 Basedon the coal ignition and combustion theory and experiments,the effects of thecombustion cavity with a twin reflow zone used in a tangentially fired furnace on the preigni-tion of pulverized coal and the flan、estability are discussed. Pilot experiments show that theinternal reflow zone and external reflow zone are formed by the cavity, The total reflow ratecan be around 25%to 30%,The temperature in the external reflow zone is higher than thatih the internal one, while the reflow rate of the former is about one-third of the total.Withthe twin reflow zone,the combustion cavity can give a pre-ignition of pulverized coal and theflame is more stable. Full-scale experiments show that in an actual power furnace with suchacavity,the revolving air flow remains the same and the flame is even more stable.
