摘要
本文对工业系统中元件寿命衰减的一类现象建立了数学模型，并且利用大子样理论和Ｕ－统计量方法对这一类元件的衰减现象提出了一个检验方法．
This paper deals with a kind of degenerative phenomenon of a component life in industrial system,the authors establish a statistical model for it,and discuss some properties of the component life. Furthermore, by using large sample theory and U-Statistic, a testing method for such problems is obtained.
