摘要
利用石灰窑窑气与焦化系统的废氨水生产碳酸氢铵,在反应温度28-35℃、压力0.45-0.50MPa、氨水浓度16%-20%的条件下,可制得含氮量大于17.10%、含水量低于4%的碳酸氢铵。生产实践证明,该生产技术成熟可行,投资省,产品成本低,具有较好的经济效益和环境效益。
Ammoniun bicarbonate is produced from lime-kiln gas and waste ammonia waterfrom coking system. Under 28-35℃ of reaction temperature,0.45-0.50 MPa of pressureand 16%-20% of concentration of ammonia water,ammonium bicarbonate fertilizer conta-ining more than 17.10% of nitrogen and less than 4% of water can be produced Theproduction practice indicates that this technology is matured and feasible and characterizedby less investment, lower cost and better economic and environmental benefits.
