摘要
涡旋盘的优化设计基于模型的推理运算过程,这些模型包括涡旋压缩机设计用的理论模型、实验模型和经验知识模型,优化过程分涡旋盘的涡旋参数优化和涡旋盘的尺寸优化两部分:参数优化是确定一组最好的涡旋参数,使涡旋压缩机的能效比EER为最高;尺寸优化是以有限元FEM分析计算为手段,确定最优的涡旋盘尺寸,使它们的变形小、重量轻、强度大,利用该系统所设计的样机性能明显提高。
Optimization design of the scroll compressor is a based-model process of inference andcalculation,The system is composed of theoretical models,experimental models and modelsof experiential knowledges. Optimization process includes scroll parameters optimization(SPO)and scroll dimension optimization(SDO).Using SPO, a group of parameters can befound to make EER value maximum, By means of SDO, based on FEM methods,a group ofdimensions can be calculated to make deformation and weight minimum,and strength maxi-mum,This system has been used to design the scroll compressor,and its performance is im-proved apparently
