摘要
为研究高分子纤维素膏剂在预防肌腱粘连的作用，选择纯种“海赛士克”鸡为实验动物，实验组以高分子纤维素膏剂涂于屈趾肌腱损伤处，对照组不用药。术后３、４、６、８周对两组动物局部肌腱组织进行生物力学检测，并在直视下、光镜及电镜观察。实验结果示高分子纤维素膏剂有良好的预防肌腱粘连的作用。对高分子纤维素膏剂的作用机制作了探讨。
Abstract Chickens were used as animal models to study the role of HUCMC in prevention of tendon adhesion Biomechanical and histological assessment were made at 3,4,6and 8 weeks after flexor digitorum repair.The results showed that HUCMC could effectively prevent tendon after operation.
