摘要
介绍了新型焙烧镁橄榄石粉水基和酸基铸钢涂料的组成，混制设备和工艺。该系列涂料采用了自行研制的ＥＦＳ型累托石基高效复合分散悬浮剂和ＥＦＮ型复合粘结剂，具有优异的悬浮性、触变性、涂剧性、抗裂性和强度，能广泛适用于各种砂型（芯）生产铸钢件，尤其是高锰钢等碱性合金铜铸件，可有效地防止粘砂等缺陷，获得表面质量优良的铸件。
The ingredient, mixing equipment and manufacturing technique of the new burntforsterite water-based or alcohol-based coatings for steel castings made by oneself havebeen presented. A EFS-type efficient composite suspenders and EFN-type compositebonding agents were applied to this coatings which have excellent properties of suspension, thixotropy, painting, crack resistance and strength. The coatings are suitable forvarious sand moulds (cores) in production of steel castings, especially alloy steel castingsSuch as high-manganese sted castings, they can effectively prevent burn-on defect on the casting surface and produce a good as-cast finish.
