摘要
应用彩色双功多普勒超声对正常人、慢性肝炎、肝硬化及肝癌病例门脉系血流动力学变化进行了分析，结果表明：慢性肝炎和肝硬化的血管直径及血流量依次递增，血流速度则递减，肝癌组各项测值均高于其它组。
