摘要
将脲酶用戊二醛化学交联固定到单纤维尼龙网上，与氨气敏电极组合成结构简单的脲酶电极，此电极对脱有良好的响应特性，对脲浓度对数的响应线性范围为７×１０（－５）～２×１０（－２）ｋｍｏｌ／ｍ３，斜率为５２ｍＶ，相关系数０．９８８，电极寿命大于２０天，用于血清中脲的测量时样品不需要预处理，并与分光光度法所得结果有较好的一致性。
A simple enzyme electrede for urea consisting of urease immobilized withglutaraldehyde to a monofilament of nylon coupled to a ammonia gas electrode is fabricated.Thisurease electrode has excellent response characteristics to urea. A linear response is available in theurea concentration range 7× 10(-5)2× 10(-2)kmon/m3 with a correlation coefficient of 0.988 anda slpoe of 52 mV, lifetime is at laset 20 days,the measurement of urea in serum was carried outaccurately without any pretreatment of the samples and exceelently agree with the results obtainedby the spectrophotometric procedure.
