摘要
针对PW1404型荧光谱仪,编写了读取数据缓冲区数据的程序,并与自编的Plesch校正元素选择判据计算程序联接,建立了元素的质量衰减系数数据库。将该新软件用于地质样品分析表明,该新软件可根据试样的具体情况确定分析方法,并可随时补充新的研究成果,使仪器始终处于先进水平。
Aprogramme was designed to read the data file of PW1404 X-ray fluorescence spec-trometer and adjoined to the programme of calculating the Plesch criterion of elements whichcorrect the matrix interference,and the data base of mass attenuation coemcient was built.The new software has been used to analyse the geology samples. As a result, the determina-tion of matrix elements could be made more scientifically according to the sample. The newachievement in scientific research can be replenished at any time. So the software of instru-ment will always be at an advanced level.
