摘要
采用自制个甲基丙烯酰氧β-丙氧甲酰氨基甲苯2-异氰酸酯(简称MAPCATI)中的异氰酸基与自制环氧丙烯酸双酯中羟基上的氢反应,制得了改性树脂;并以此为基料配成紫外光固化涂料。所得涂层性能优良,有应用前景。
The epoxy acrylate and 4-methylacryloxy β-propoxy carbonyl amino toluene 2-isocynate(MAPCATI)synthesized in our laboratory were used for preparing modified epoxy acrylateresin through the reaction between hydroxy of epoxy acrylate and isocyanate of MAPCATI. An ultraviolet curable varnish composition was obtained by mixing together the modifiedresin, reactive diluents, photoinitiator et al. The performances of the film are satisfactoryand the varnish is promising for industrial production and application.
