肾小球疾病时肾脏组织中细胞间粘附分子-1的表达 被引量:4

In situ expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1in human glomerulonephritis

摘要 为探讨细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)与肾小球炎症的关系,根据肾小球内细胞增生的程度将64例不同类型肾小球疾病患考分为A组(肾小球炎症不明显或很轻微)、B组(肾小球有肯定的细胞增生)、C组(以硬化为主的肾小球晚期病变),观察肾组织中ICAM-1的表达。结果(1)肾小球内ICAM-1表达水平日组显著高于A组(P<0.001);C组明显低于B组(P<0.05)。(2)B组患者肾小管表达ICAM-1的阳性率明显高于A组(P<0.05);C与B组间差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。(3)伴有ICAM-1阳性间质浸润细胞组肾小管表达ICAM-1的阳性率高于不伴有ICAM-1阳性间质浸润细胞组(P<0.005);(4)原位杂交结果证实ICAM-1蛋白质表达部位与其mRNA表达部位一致。提示ICAM-1在人类肾小球疾病中具有重要作用。 e conducted immunocytochemical analysis with insitu hybridization technique to investigate the presenceand role of intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)in normal and diseased kidnevs. A total of 64 renalbiopy specimens were classified in three groups accordingto the degree of cellular proliferation in glomerulus.Group A presented no or mild proliferation (n=38 ).Group B showed definite proliferation (n=21).GroupC had glomerular sclerosis (n=5). The ratio of casesexhibiting increased glomerular ICAM-1 expression inlupus nephritis( 9/10) was significantly different fromthat in minimally changed disease (1/5)(P=0. 017).Glomerular ICAM-1 expression level correlated wellwith the cellular proliferation and infihration inglomerulus (B&A: P<0. 001; C&B: P<0. 05). Thepercentage of cases with tubular ICAM-1 positivity ingroup B (81. 0%) and group C (100%) was greaterthan that in group A (52. 6%), which was also corre-lated with that of interstitial cell infiltration. In situ hy-bridization of 9 renal biopsies with digoxigenin labelledoligo probe proved immunocytochemical findings. Weconclude that glomerular ICAM-1 expression level iscorrelated with inflammatory degree of glomerulus andthat tubular ICAM-1 expression is associated with in-terstitial cell infiltration.
