摘要
作者对３７例未治白血病同时检测多药耐药基因ｍＲＮＡ水平及细胞表面分化抗原，探讨两种标志表达的关系及意义。发现在急性非淋巴细胞白血病（ＡＮＬＬ）中多药耐药基因表达增加与ＣＤ＿（３４）抗原表达相关，两种标志皆为阳性表达组（ＭＤＲ＿／ＣＤ），化疗敏感性明显降低。结合文献报告所见，认为ＭＤＲ＿／ＣＤ可做为ＡＮＬＬ化疗不敏感的预后指标。在急性淋巴细胞白血病中，多药耐药基因表达增加与ＣＤ＿３、ＣＤ＿５明显相关，其意义尚待继续探讨。
he mdr_l mRNA levels and differentiation antigensof leukeinic cells in 37 untreated leukemia patients wereassaved. It was found that there was marked correlationbetween overexpression of mdr_1 mRNA and expressionof CD_34 in ANLL. The chemotherapeutic sensitivity wasreduced evidently in mdr_l/ICD group . It suggestedthat mdr_l￣+/CD leukemic cell may be a predictor ofresistance to chemotherapy for ANLL. In additionmdr_1 mRNA overexpression was also associated withCD_3 and CD_5 in ALL, but its significance needed to befurther explored.
