摘要
本文采用光敏生物素标记的HCVcDNA探针和免疫金银显色法对42例肝癌和癌旁肝组织中的HCVRNA和HCAg进行了检测,发现HCVRNA可以感染肝癌细胞,其分布状态及其抗原表达亦与肝组织一致。这些阳性细胞在组织中的感染状态多呈区域性,在此区域又可呈片状、簇状或散在分布。
he expressions of hepatitis C virus(HCV)RNA and HCAg were investigated in 42
caseswith hepatocellular carcinoma and its surrounding liver tissues with non-radioactive in
situhybridization and immunohistochemical method.The results showed that there are
threetypes of HCV RNA hybridization signals,i.e., in the cytoplasm, nucleus,or both
cytoplasmand nucleus;HCAg molecules were found in l0 out of 42 cases and expressed as
bothcytoplasmic and inclusion types. HCV- infected cells(including cancer cells and
hepatocytes)appeared diffuse,clustered or discrete in cancer and its surrounding liver
tissue.We found that the liver cancer cells may be infected by HCV RNA just like
normalhepatocytes and their distribution and expressing pattern of HCV RNA and HCAg
aresimilar.With application of several probes to the ISH,positive signals of HCV RNA are
morefrequent than using single probe.
