摘要
小鼠化疗处理按腹腔注射环磷酸胺,剂量30mg·kg-1·d-1×3d。在化疗处理前3天和化疗处理当日,分别用EHF毫米波治疗仪局部定点照射。照射波长λ为7.1mm,功率密度(P)≥10mW/cm2。照射时间分别为15min/d×9d,30min/d×9d,60min/d×9d。对各组化疗小鼠进行的预防和治疗照射均对白细胞和骨髓细胞产生保护作用,能减轻化疗期白细胞与骨髓细胞的下降.提高动物对化学药物治疗的承受力。
The mice were chemotherapeutically treated by interperitonal injection of Cytoxan at the dose of 30 mg· kg-1·d-1·3d. Three days before the chemotherapeutic treatment and during the day of treatment, the irradiation with wave length 7. 1mm power density≥10 mW/cm2 was applied locally. The irradiation time was 15 min/d·9 d, 30min/d·9 d and 60 min/d· 9d, respectively.After the preventive and therapeutic irradiation, EHF millmeter wave was found to have protective effects on both WBC and BM, i.e.EHF lattenuated the decrease in WBC and BM cells, implying the increased resistance of animals to chemotherapeutic treatment.
